" Amazing things happen when we work together", says Mario Basner.
Artists from the non profit organization Opportunity Village visited Mario's gallery at Tivoli Village, Las Vegas where they were inspired by the intricate detais, depth and dimension of his World Heritage Collection.
Since visiting, the OV Artists have been developing their interpretations of his pieces that will be on display at the gallery for three days in July. The exhibition is titled "Echoes of Inspiration". Mario is excited to see the finished pieces the artists have created.
Mario is excited to create more awareness for Opportunity Village' Fine and Performing Arts Program through this special exhibition.
The program serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in music, dance, theater and visual art which was designed to promote self-expression, social interaction and development of peer relationships while supporting their creative passions and awareness for the arts.
The public will have the opportunity to see the OV artist pieces next to the work that inspired them as well as meet the artists themselves.
